This is a secret menu item at In-n-Out. It's a cheeseburger that's been making rounds on social media. Since we don't have an In-n-Out here in Mississippi, I made it myself. It was very messy to eat, but wrapping it in parchment paper made it much easier to handle. It was delicious and I will definitely be making it again, but next time I'll wrap it in lettuce and add bacon, tomatoes, and pickles. Feel free to make this how you like, there are tons of videos online that show so many variations.
