Garlic, bacon, potato and pistachio and honey. Don’t forget the honey. Inspired by Rocca Pizzeria (@roccapizzeria) in Baton Rouge. Theirs is better though, for sure. The wife told me so (she’s a tough critic). Baked on the @bakingsteel and made with @kingarthurbaking bread and AP flour per usual using my New York ish Dough recipe. Don't forget to add honey (or hot honey) as a finishing touch!
