Had this salad years ago at Sophie Khala's house. I was expecting coleslaw and was taken aback by the sweetness and freshness of these flavours. The apple adds a delightful surprise - and crunch - to this salad. Obviously you can adjust to taste. Sorry I forgot exactly how much black pepper and sugar...but will measure next time and update!

1 bag Coleslaw mix (400g, shredded cabbage and carrot)
0.6666666666666666 cup mayonnaise
0.5 tsp sea salt
