Holy heck, this thing was so good. Chicken Caesar is having a moment on the internet for sure. I see it everywhere and have been dying to try it. I think I nailed it the first go around too, with some minor adjustments I would make on the next one. Particularly MORE homemade Caesar dressing. Also, I recommend chicken tenders to help with the bread-to-chicken ratio.
