This is easily my new favorite soup. Bringing together all those egg roll flavors we know and love this quick and easy soup will have you hooked! For my recipe I used ground turkey but feel free to substitute for ground pork, chicken or beef! To take this soup to the next level I recommend getting your hands on some wonton wrappers! Cut them into strips and fry them up for a nice crispy topping!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
