electrolyte-drink

electrolyte-drink

Suffering from mineral deficiency migraines/headaches and dehydration? This drink may help. Drink it hot or cold; it can be either warm and comforting or cool, zesty and refreshing. The cream of tar tar powder doesn't dissolve properly so just keep mixing in between sips and drink in as much of the powder as you can; it will boost your potassium levels. To be honest; I don't know all of the ins and outs, but I do know that everyone I've made it for has experienced either great improvement until their headache eventually vanishes, or they get very rapid relief and the migraine/headache is gone in a very short amount of time. (I have a sister who suffers from awful migraines and headaches and I've seen this recipe work wonders very quickly for her.) Sip slowly until symptoms greatly reduce,or go away completely and then go about your day.๐ŸŒป (Or rest. Please rest.) Is this a miracle "cure"? No. Will it help Everyone? Perhaps not. But if it can help at least a fair amount of people - even just one- I'd definitely call that a win. This is also great as a general maintenance, or pick me up drink whenever your feeling a bit run down and 'flat.' I'm sure this will be greatly beneficial to someone. Take good care of yourself now.๐Ÿ’›
