I’m obsessed with yellow peaches this time of year - especially when they’re caramelized and just a little jammy. I threw them into a sandwich with homemade basil pesto (left out the garlic to let the peaches shine), creamy burrata, and some juicy heirloom tomatoes. Everything’s tucked into a toasted baguette, and honestly… it’s the kind of thing I could eat on repeat all summer. Sweet, savory and messy (in the best way).
