I’ve been sleeping on the “pizza sandwich” for too long. So why not start in its simplest form. This is basically an open-faced calzone. Basic ingredients but shockingly delicious. Would highly recommend pairing with marinara, vodka sauce or even tomato soup. For the dough, I recommend using my New Yorkish style dough.
