Glenfield Burger
Glenfield burgers are the absolute best kind of burgers you can get—ever since we started making them, we don't eat burgers when out. But here's the thing we gotta admit...we don't actually think it's the burger patty itself that makes it. Rather, it's the beauty of grilling them how we like them, and the fun of assembling our custom burgers, with all our delicious fixings. I'll admit too that for many years, we actually bought our patties from the local butcher. Only just recently, we started making our own, and we're still experimenting with a few of Marriam khala's recipes, mixing and matching, as we perfect the perfect grill. For this reason, we're including the two main recipes we're currently toying with, and we'll update once (if) we finally agree on our patty of choice (there is some disagreement here). Until then, trust that they are both delicious, and give it a go for yourself!
