So I was left with one option, to make it myself. This pistachio paste is packed with flavour and it’s incredibly smooth and delicious. It sets up nicely when refrigerated but loosens as when you give it a quick mix and leave it at room temperature. This is the ideal homemade recipe for all of your Dubai chocolate creations!

300 g raw Turkish pistachios, without shell
150 g whole room temp milk
20 g room temp heavy cream
