This cake has been tried and tested by our kids, our neighbours, Great Nan... and its been requested again by all. this is your neon sign saying BAKE ME! why is it sneaky? well it has 1 veggie, 1 fruit, a pretty good ratio of sugar thanks to the cacoa powder for tricking the kids to think this is a real treat!!! Now this one is super interesting because you can add 100gms or 1/2 cup of sourdough starter if you're a bread baking wannabe like Mel (hahah sorry Mel) just add it into the wet ingredients and it will give a subtle sour flavour. Our recipe has been adapted from Emilie Raffas Zucchini bread recipe.
