Black Magic Dust
This beef seasoning was inspired by a few experiences. It adds a nice looking “char” to meats and has seasonings that bring out the best flavors of the beef. Sure, you can go the salt and pepper route, but I have never had a ribeye that tastes better than one prepared with this rub. It is also great for pub style burgers. You might be surprised by the addition of activated charcoal. You can certainly leave it out, but it really completes that beautiful charred look and adds a smoky and earthy flavor.
