Chances are, you've probably heard of All'Antico, or seen their sandwiches. But if you don't live in one of the biggest cities in the world, your best bet at getting one is making it yourself. I've actually never even tried it personally, but based on my research and testing, this is the closest copycat recipe I've seen on the internet. The schiacciata is such a perfect vessel for these toppings.
