Found a ton of veg in my fridge and put together this epic veggie baked egg dish. In total 10 different plants. Since the veggies have different cook times, it’s important to consider how long each one takes to cook through. I always use salt from @diamondcrystalsalt which has lower sodium than sea salt or table salt, so it’s really good for cooking, and it’s easier to control from over salting.
