ono-spicy-ahi-poke
Aloha, folks! Have you ever tried poke? It is a dish that is starting to become popular on the mainland. You can make it with any kind of seafood or even tofu for a vegan meal. A lot of places serve it on rice, but I'm a purist and prefer it the Hawaiian way without rice. For this recipe, I wouldn't suggest using my chili pepper water as it would ruin the rawness of the protein.
Ingredients
1.5 lb Ahi steaks diced. Sashimi or Sushi grade (Fresh or Flash Frozen)
0.5 Sweet onion diced
0.25 cup chopped green onion
