It comes together in literally 10 minutes, uses mostly things I already have, and just works. Crispy wonton wrappers filled with a creamy, spicy salmon mixture, then topped with all the good stuff. They’re easy, a little addictive, and honestly perfect as a snack, quick dinner, or even a fun appetizer. You could even make them mini.
Ingredients
1 tin (4–6 oz) smoked salmon with chili crisp
12 large wonton wrappers (or mini ones)
2 –3 tbsp neutral oil
