Они присутствуют в меню практически любого местного заведения независимо от его статуса. ⠀ Важная особенность крокетов – дети их обожают, поэтому, если вам надоели "макароны с сыром", это отличный повод попробовать новое. ⠀ Основа состоит из обычного бешамеля с добавлением всего, что осталось в холодильнике. Вчерашняя курица, рыба, креветки, грибы – you name it. У меня сегодня классический вариант с хамоном и сыром.
