This dessert is called a “dream” cake for a reason. It’s a spin on the viral sensation that we all seem to love. The Dubai chocolate trend has taken over social media for its unique texture and pistachio flavour. The explosion of flavours is what makes it so special! This dessert has a moist, tender chocolate cake base that’s soaked in milk. It’s topped with a layer of crunchy kataifi that’s mixed in with my homemade pistachio paste. It also gets a layer of fresh whipped cream that’s finished off with a magic shell for an extra crunch with every bite.
