Steak au Poivre with a hint of Doenjang This recipe was inspired by @chefwilliamlee and @cabbages.world's Miso Steak au Poivre, but instead of miso, I used doenjang—the bolder, funkier Korean "counterpart." Doenjang is pretty intense and has a much stronger flavor profile. Think of it as Miso on steroids. So, I took the classic Au Poivre Sauce that we all know and love and added a dollop of Doenjang - it turned out pretty delicious. Hope ya'll enjoy
