Seared Branzino with Salsa Verde
Welcome to my series called "Dishes You'd Actually Cook" where I cook dishes that are easy and time efficient! First up is this seared branzino with salsa verde that you can easily get done in 20 minutes or less. This dish starts with making an Italian salsa verde that's just a few ingredients. Set that aside and all there's left to do is sear off our branzino! If you can't find branzino or prefer any other kind of fish, that's totally doable. You can even do this with chicken, beef, or lamb!
