I love pasta, but chicken parm is probably my favorite American-Italian dish. So why not make it into a pizza?! some recipes use Provolone and some use fresh mozz, so I used both. Also feel free to experient with different levels of layering. I put the sauce on top like a real chicken parm would. It also helps the bottom stay crispy!
Ingredients
1.5 cups shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella
Diced chicken cutlets
0.5 ball of fresh mozzarella
