Aunque no soy de Michoacán, hago mi mejor esfuerzo para preparar comidas que a mi hombre y sus hermanos les encantan. Este es definitivamente uno de ellos y he llegado a amarlo cada vez más. Son costillitas de puerco fritas en salsa, acompañadas con arroz blanco y frijoles de la olla. A algunos les gusta agregar crema y queso.
