I have made madeleine many many times, it is totally different from the ones bought from grocery store. Fresh from oven with crispy edge and super-soft inner, you will never buy madeleine from stores after your try it at home. It is perfect to serve with coffee or tea when it comes out of oven, so fresh, soft, and warm. Delicious!
