Golden, crispy beer-battered fish fillets with creamy American cheese and topped with a tangy homemade caper tartar sauce a sandwich so good it puts the McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish to shame. Served with hot, crispy homemade chips on crispy sourdough crust baked in my @gozney dome. So good.
