Feeding your starter is ridiculously easy and requires just a minute or two of your day. I keep my starter alive by feeding it every morning (hello robe and coffee), BUT when I know I’m going to make sourdough the following day I do an additional feeding the night before to make it super duper happy.
Ingredients
25 g starter (if using the same vessel over and over mark the weight and discard your starter until you reach the weight of your vessel + 25g)
25 g starter (if using the same vessel over and over mark the weight and discard your starter until you reach the weight of your vessel + 25g)
100 g water (I like to mix the water and starter before adding flour)
