No Prep Rice Cooker Japanese Curry
Trying this viral rice cooker curry recipe from the @suihanki.brothers. This recipe hilariously and surprisingly just works… I had pretty low expectations on flavor since it was disgustingly simple, but somehow the curry tasted better than my own usual go-to curry recipe. Note to self: add tomatoes to curry recipes in the future 😅 And aside from peeling an onion and making sure you have rice on-hand, it’s truly a no prep recipe which makes it worth trying (and making again) alone.
