Got another grilling recipe for you guys! This comes together pretty quick. The Korean-style steak gets a galbi marinade–sweet, salty and savory. As it marinates, we go to work on the salad. The vinaigrette gets charred scallions and chilies. Acidic, spicy, and full of flavor, the salad is the perfect counterpart to our steak. I served it up with some steamed rice and a fried egg on top!
