Crema de Jitomate Sin Crema
En vez de utilizar crema de leche para crear una textura sedosa y deliciosa, en esta sopa utilicé una papa. El resultado: la crema de jitomate más rica y fácil de hacer del mundo. Como topping agregué yogurt griego para darle un toque ácido y, como la sopa de jitomate nació para ser acompañada por un sándwich de queso, hice un sándwich de quesillo en la parrillita y quedó espectacular.
