After accidentally letting a box of croissants go stale, wanted to figure out a way to save them. Inspired by sticky cinnamon buns, this croissant bake has an amazingly gooey brown sugar topping! Of course, fresh croissants work for this too for anyone who is responsible enough to NOT leave them out for too long.
Ingredients
5 or 6 stale croissants (can use fresh), sliced into large cubes
6 eggs
0.5 cup salted butter
