A summer drink that you will never forget. Did you know that gazoz was the original soda fountain drink? A syrup and carbonated water combined together for a sweet and refreshing beverage. Overtime, the syrups became artificial and light fruit fermentation became too much of a hassle, but in recent years there has been a huge resurgence of the delicious and delicate craft. This stone fruit gazoz is inspired by the Summer Stone Fruit Gazoz made by the king himself, Benny Briga at Cafe Lewinsky 41 in Tel Aviv!
