Una receta súper fácil para lograr un resultado húmedo y esponjoso. Yo soy de esas personas que les gusta comer algo dulce a la hora de la merienda y esta torta es una receta salvadora para gente como yo! Y si tienen dudas de si queda amarga con piel y todo o no, realmente que esta receta la hice muchas veces y no tiene gusto amargo. Si siguen teniendo dudas igualmente, pongan solo la pulpa y rallen la parte de afuera nomás… pero realmente, no es necesario con estas cantidades que les dejo acá abajo. Para acompañar me gusta mucho hacerme un licuado de frutas, así que en este caso puse: Jugo de Manzana @ades.uy , Banana, Canela y Hielo.
