This is another classic of the Mexican Pan Dulce, with Neapolitan flavor and a triangle shape; this shortbread cookie is part of the “Polvorones” family, a big family with plenty of shapes, colors, and flavors. This classic is in almost every Mexican Panaderia (bakery).
