Super simple, extra delicious, and perfectly sweet shortbread cookies made with nutty brown butter, pumpkin butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice. Each cookie is rolled in sweet cinnamon sugar before baking. Once the cookies are baked, drizzle them with chocolate.
