I came across these green French olives recently and started tossing them into a few different dishes. Tried them in a bunch of dishes, but when I tossed them with garlic, artichoke hearts, and cherry tomatoes it just hit right. Simple, fresh, very summer. The capellini (angel hair) soaks up all the flavor and every bite feels light but still satisfying. This one’s definitely staying in rotation.

Ingredients

0.5 lb capellini (angel hair pasta)
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
7 artichoke hearts, quartered
