Bagel Lox and Cream cheese is less of an item for me and more of a flavor. That's why I thought it would be fun and delicious to incorporate that flavor into a hot dog. I love hot dogs and I love bagels, so naturally combining the two was a no brainer. At first, I thought it would be strange to add smoked salmon with hot dogs, but the flavors are so similar that it worked really well. In this recipe you also learn how to make a delicious dill infused cream cheese spread and how to elevate a hot dog bun with everything bagel seasoning.
