Honestly the best chicken tenders I've ever made. The method of battering them with the club soda is what creates all those super crispy lacy edges that surround the tender. That's what creates the long lasting crisp. Since those bits never really touch the chicken which should still have some moisture, they never go soggy.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken tenders or boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
