This cheesecake is so delicious that my husband called out of work to eat the leftovers. As a note—I was losing light quickly to the early nighttime and used this the citrus sauce before I allowed it to thicken fully! As a result, the sauce in the video is a little thinner than it should be but I promise if you follow the recipe it will be a perfect topping for your cheesecake. I would’ve shot it one more time the next day but my husband ate all of it already.
