Korean Chinese food is probably one of the most popular cuisines in Korea. A fusion of Chinese and Korean, it was introduced in the 19th century by the ethnic Northern Chinese population in Korea, and soon grew to become a staple. It's absolute gas, so I thought I'd make a small series showcasing the pinnacles of this cuisine :) First up, Tangsuyuk 🕺🏻
