jhingay-ka-salan-(red-shrimp-curry)
This is one of my favourite shrimp curries, I grew up eating this...and savouring every last bite of the delectable shrimp. It's pretty easy to make - the longest part is just peeling and slicing the onions! It tastes delicious with Bagara khana (Fried rice) and a side of Snow peas (both recipes on Andaazé).

800 g shrimps (when peeled ) *
0.5 tsp turmeric
0.25 cup oil *
