You will not believe how good these are, and your non-vegetarian friends will not believe it's not crab! The trick to the flavor is the nori and the Old Bay Seasoning. The secret to success is to start these early in the day so that the patties have a chance to firm up. If you start these late, they will fall apart. Ask me how I know that.
