Allá por Marzo de 2020, me pidieron que haga una receta para compartir en las redes de mi Instituto, pues mucha gente estaba en plena pandemia, aburrida y con ganas de cocinar. Acepté y decidí hacer este plato que en casa les encantaba y la verdad es que a mucha gente le gustó. Aproveche y lo subí a mis historias, y me empezaron a pedir más y más, así que poco a poco me fui animando a subir más seguido. Ahí arrancaba “Las Recetas de Simón”
