Hungarian Goulash is called Pörkölt in Hungarian and not to be confused with Hungarian Goulash Soup which is called Gulyásleves in Hungarian. This dish is considered a national treasure and a symbol of Hungarian culture. It is served in every Hungarian restaurant and all households. Everyone adds a little something to it make it their own but the basic recipe is the most popular and that's what I'm sharing with you today.
