We have a once-upon-time eclair-turned glazed choux burger served with onion jam, gruyere emulsion sauce, beef & pork patty, cheddar cheese, candied bacon, fried sunny side up egg, & a drizzle of maple syrup. Okay, I agree it is a little crazy but good. The combination of savoury & sweet makes this just such a fantastic combination.
