By far my favorite Korean comfort food! Pork neck bone is cheap so no excuses! Set me up with some rice, kimchi and some soy/mustard dipping sauce and leave me alone for the next hour. It's a labor of love, but totally worth it!

Ingredients

3 lb pork neck bones
Additional water to soak pork bones + blanch!
1 tbsp doenjang Korean fermented soybean paste
