One Pot Chinese Sausage Rice
Here’s a lazy one-pot rice cooker recipe that’s super cheap and simple to make using Chinese sausage (or Lap Cheong) that I was surprised to find in bulk at Costco. I’d almost forgotten this ingredient existed because the last time I’ve had Chinese sausage was in college, so it’s a nice to revive a taste of my childhood again with this simple rice cooker recipe. It’s a perfect meal when you’ve got leftover veggies sitting in your fridge OR if you’re looking for a simple dinner that will also give you a tons of extra meals for the week.
