Itβs layered with smashed potatoes and red onions, then topped with a fried egg cooked in olive oil with shredded Vermont cheddar so the cheese melts and the edges turn golden and crispy. The real game changer is the sauce a whole grain mustard maple syrup mayo. It might sound a little different but the sweet, tangy, creamy combo takes this breakfast sandwich to the next level. All baked in pizza dough in the Gozney Arc XL until nicely charred. One of my new favorite breakfast sandwiches. π
