PREPARATION: + Start by activating the yeast, mixing it with warm water and 1 tablespoon of the sugar, let it rest covered for 10 minutes. + In the bowl of the mixer mix the flour, egg, sugar, ferment, warm milk and knead for 7 minutes. + Add the butter and salt, knead for 15 more minutes and let it rest covered for 2 hours. + Cut the ham and bacon into small squares, mix them and set them aside. + Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, roll it out with a rolling pin forming a 35cm circle and cut it into 8 slices like a pizza. + Stretch the ends well, place the filling (1/2 and 1/4 Cup) and close them carefully, as seen in the video. + Let them rest for 10 minutes on a greased tray or with wax paper, brush them with beaten egg and take them to the oven at 250°F for 20 minutes.
