Salmon Poke Bowl with Chojang (korean Gochujang Sauce)

by myinvitingkitchen 26 ingredients 5 steps

Poke Bowl is one of my favourite go-to meals during the hot summer time. It's healthy, refreshing and full of flavours! Chojang, the Korean Gochujang-based sauce is a very popular sauce which often accompanies Sashimi. It is tangy, sweet and sour, a great addition to fresh raw seafood and only takes 4 simple ingredients to make: gochujang, vinegar, sweetener of choice and some water. You can make this sauce ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for future use. You might just want to replace Sriracha with this entirely ;)! Cheers! * Fine my Pineapple Salsa recipe here: https://www.myinvitingkitchen.com/recipes/pineapple-salsa
