All "3 milks" play a part in making this cake so delicious - but the condensed milk makes is my favourite! Thank you Faiza Bhabi and Sophia Baji for bringing this into our lives. We like to reserve some extra milk mixture to drizzle on top when serving - along with some diced strawberries. This cake is a bit time consuming but so worth it. The most finicky part is the egg separating and beating the egg whites. Be sure NOT to let any yolk get in or you will never get them stiff! (We learned the hard way!)
