Cuando preparo una receta con tanta historia, me siento afortunado y orgulloso de poder celebrar nuestra historia y gastronomía. Esta bebida es la estrella en todas las casas peruanas y cada familia tiene su estilo, a mi me gusta hacer mi chicha cítrica con un toque de jugo de naranja y hierba luisa, obviamente esta receta es un 2x1, separa un poco para la mazamorra y si no tienes harina de camote con maicena o chuño también queda buenazo, cual es tu secreto ?
